Our History
Founded in 1992 by Mike Morgenthaler, Cutpoint Inc. has served the heavy industry and upstream E&P sectors for over 30 years. Headquartered in Midland, Texas, our consultants bring deep, hands-on expertise in the physics of separation. While our roots are in high-stakes drilling fluids and solids control, our methodologies are actively applied across trenchless civil construction, mining, and industrial wastewater management. As an independent third party, we are entirely unbiased toward specific equipment brands. Our only goal is to deliver the most efficient, cost-effective separation process for your operation.
